Application
Zero-point clamping system for clamping with optimised setup time for machining and chipless machining.

Notes
Use "Gonzales" modules exclusively with "Gonzales" modules during the clamping process. When changing system, note: "Gonzales" modules, unlike the Speedy 1000/2000 or DockLock 1000, require a release pressure of min. 50 bar/max. 60 bar. For recessed installation, note the cover diameter D 112 mm or 140 mm. The installation clamping module is opened hydraulically (1) and locked mechanically by spring force. The pressure lines can then be disconnected as desired (module is clamped pressure-free). The clamping module has one connection: 1x hydraulic opening (1). * Please follow the installation instructions.
