Application

The gripper performs fully automatic workpiece replacement during the machining process on a machine tool. The change is performed from the machine tool of the milling machine and facilitates workpiece handling between the parts storage and clamping device.
It is actuated by compressed air that is routed through the machine spindle. The gripper closes pneumatically and is opened using spring force.

Execution

• Max. permissible rotation speed: 20 [rpm].
• Suitable for Weldon mounting and hydraulic expansion chucks.
• Designed for ambient temperatures between 0°C and 60°C.
• Transport of workpieces up to max. 8 kg.
• Available in two versions for workpiece sizes up to max. 50 mm or max. 70 mm.
