Application

The spindle bearings installed under pre-stress give the KKF 4 | KKF 4-SL a high-precision concentricity. Both solid carbide milling cutters and indexible insert milling cutters can be used to achieve an impressive service life.

• Minimum workpiece thickness 1 mm
• Precise chamfer adjustment via micrometer screw
• Chamfer angle can be changed using contour milling cutters with different tip angles
• Two speed stages or infinitely variable speed control
• Large, hardened table with extraction nozzle
• Very good concentricity
• Can be used for steels, hardened steels, aluminium, brass, copper, plastics, from soft plastics to acrylic glass, wood and much more
