Application
For thread cutting on machine tools with synchronous spindles. With rigidly clamped screw taps, pitch errors cause high axial forces that can be compensated for by synchronous tapping chucks through minimal length compensation under pressure and tension.
Execution
- Pitch errors are compensated for with minimal length compensation of 1.0 mm under tension and 0.2 mm under pressure
- Clamping screws prevent the clamped screw tap from spinning
- Thread-cutting quick-change chuck for synchronous spindles
- Accessories required: Quick-change insert, 1 and 2 pieces no. 21556316-525 collet chucks type ER for thread cutting no. 23320600-691
