Application
Measuring adapter with Type 2 plug for simulating charging states and testing the effectiveness of protective measures on 1- and 3-phase e-charging stations. This measuring adapter has been specially designed for testing e-charging stations in combination
with a suitable installation tester such as the BENNING MM 7-2 (75024141).
Execution
- Test socket and 4 mm sockets for easy connection to an installation tester
- Separate phase indication by three LEDs for easy voltage testing
- Proximity Pilot (PP) checks the charging cable coding for charging current limit
- Control Pilot (CP) simulates vehicle status A, B, C, D and E (short circuit between CP-PE)
- BNC connection for the CP signal output for testing with an oscilloscope
- Check the EVSE locking system from status B (charging cable enabling is blocked)
- Input voltage 1-phase: up to 250 V, 50 Hz-60 Hz/3-phase: up to 430 V, 50 Hz-60 Hz
- Maximum test current: 40 A (10 ms) periodic operation
