Application
Calibrate the angle position of milling/turning centre spindles. Check and adjust the arc swing position of the machine spindles.
Execution
- Determine the reference points (calibration) of optical presetters.
- Calibrate the accuracy of the CNC lathe revolver holders.
- Set the rotating table zero point of 5-axis machining centres.
- Alignment surface ± 0.01 mm to the centre axis.
- Parallelism to driving slots < 0.01 mm.
