Application
Accommodates tools with straight shank.
Execution
- Alloyed case-hardening steel with a core tensile strength of at least 950 N/mm²
- Case-hardened HRC 60 ± 2 (HV 700 ± 50), hardness depth 0.8 mm ± 0.2 mm
- Taper angle: tolerance quality less than AT 3 in accordance with DIN 7187 and DIN 2080.
- black-oxide and precision-ground.
Advantage
- High precision and concentricity of ≤ 0.03 mm.
- No independent clamping release during machining for anti-clockwise or clockwise rotation, including spindle stop.
- Clamp and release using hexagon key.
