Application
TOOLCOOL X1500 is a universal, water-miscible and mineral-oil-containing cooling lubricant. The product is low-foaming and is ideal for machining steel and cast alloys, but can also be used with common aluminium alloys.
Area of application:
In specific concentrations, the product is suitable for all common machining processes (turning, milling, drilling, grinding) of steel, cast iron, aluminium and non-ferrous heavy metals. In the case of known material incompatibilities of critical aluminium qualities, we recommend a compatibility test.

- Emulsion water hazard class (German): WGK1
- pH value at 5 % concentration: 9.0
- Refractometer value: 2
- Concentration for general machining: 6-8 %
- Concentration for grinding: 6 %
