Application
Optical 3D measuring instrument for confocal 3D surface measurement and non-contact recording of topography parameters such as roughness, step height and geometry characteristics.
Execution
- Digital camera with 1280x1024 pixels and 60 frames per second
- Calibration object for the reference plane
- Integrated laser diode (450 nm)
- Step motor drive (scan path approx. 20 mm) for the Z axis
- Incremental linear measuring system with glass scale (5 nm resolution)
- Software for measurement and analysis of data (surface profiles, roughness parameters)
Notes
Depending on requirements, a scanning table (optional), lens and PC system are required in order to complete the system. Further accessories available on request.
