- Asahi vacuum pumps R5/RA series vacuum pumps have the following common features.

3.Value junction drive, can avoid the rotating belt and gears of the slack or loss.
4. Contain high efficiency oil mist filter, no need to exhaust the gas to the outside.
5. The inlet has a check valve, when the pump stops, this check valve can isolate the pump from the system to avoid the vacuum oil backflow.
6. Low vibration, no need to fix the pump with foundation screws.
7. Low operating sound.
8. With gas ballast valve, it can be applied to the process of vapor.
9. That is, water vapor entering the pump inlet between 0.5 mbar and 40 mbar will be completely discharged from the pump outlet without condensation inside the pump.
