Application

Thanks to the flexible and modular CLIP-O-FLEX system, the assembly trolley can be optimally designed and adapted to the individual work sequences in production, assembly, development, training and further education. CLIP-O-FLEX sets your work/storage area or your organisation system with one clip and at the same time gives the highest level of horizontal and vertical flexibility.

Execution

• Solidly welded sheet steel structure with painted multiplex panel, 30 mm stark
• Workbench panel with CLIP-O-FLEX support rails installed on the top of the housing left, right and at the rear
• With fixed support brackets incl. 6 CLIP-O-FLEX trays with hook-in brackets 0/40/80°
• Running gear with 2 fixed wheels and 2 steering rollers, including 1 steering roller with stopper
• Central locking with cylinder lock incl. 2 keys

Notes

The spacing between the tray base and CLIP-O-FLEX mounting profiles is max. 52 mm. Please consider the amount of tool protrusion (max. 22 mm) when using trays equipped with ATORN tool inlays (height 30 mm). Trays of tools with greater protrusion must be stored in the first storage level.
