Application
The robust food penetration sensor is primarily used for measuring the core temperature of food. The sensor is EN 13485 and HACCP-compliant with a corresponding measuring instrument (e.g. testo 926, testo 735), making it especially practical for use in the food sector. The special handle ensures easy handling for the core temperature measurement of semi-solid foods.
